for (var i = 0,len = adKeys.length; i 3月14日 中國消費者協(xié)會發(fā)布 2025年度“共筑滿意消費” 消費維權(quán)年主題調(diào)查報告 調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示,過半消費者對線上線下消費環(huán)境表示滿意,超六成消費者認為消費環(huán)境越來越好,企業(yè)經(jīng)營表現(xiàn)中“售后保障”連續(xù)五年最受關(guān)注,消費從“性價比”向“質(zhì)價比”升級趨勢明顯。 消費感知與消費習慣 調(diào)查結(jié)果表明,當前我國消費環(huán)境建設(shè)取得積極成效,超六成消費者認為消費環(huán)境越來越好。對線上、線下消費環(huán)境表示滿意的消費者分別達到56.7%和55.5%,線上線下消費滿意度趨于一致。近七成受訪者對消費環(huán)境監(jiān)管力度與成效表示認可。 調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)顯示,超七成消費者自認能做到理性決策,理性消費趨勢顯著,絕大多數(shù)消費者對綠色低碳消費理念表示認同并能付諸實踐。 消費者最關(guān)注的企業(yè)經(jīng)營表現(xiàn)中 售后保障 質(zhì)量過硬 安全可靠 位居前三 “售后保障”連續(xù)五年最受關(guān)注 調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)同時顯示,超七成消費者認為當前市場供給能滿足其多元化、多樣化、個性化的高品質(zhì)消費需求;商品服務(wù)質(zhì)量安全、數(shù)據(jù)安全、健康屬性不足是未能滿足高品質(zhì)消費需求的主要原因。在可能影響消費意愿的因素中,27.8%的受訪者將“產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量”列于首位。 消費意愿與消費預(yù)期 調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示,22.1%的消費者預(yù)計AI智能產(chǎn)品的使用和場景應(yīng)用在未來一年有望成為服務(wù)類消費新熱點;智能化電子產(chǎn)品(29.7%)、新能源電動汽車(26.6%)領(lǐng)跑商品類消費熱度榜,體現(xiàn)了消費者對于生活便利性與科技創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用的關(guān)注。 ??調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)顯示 在2025年消費支出計劃中 食品、日用百貨、服裝鞋帽等 基礎(chǔ)性消費 位列商品類消費前三位 醫(yī)藥及醫(yī)療用品、美妝護膚、智能產(chǎn)品、家用電器和煙酒飲料類消費等預(yù)計支出占比均超過15%;服務(wù)類消費中,旅游服務(wù)類消費支出計劃居于首位。 調(diào)查結(jié)果表明,消費者對“性價比”的關(guān)注度居2025年榜首,但“高品質(zhì)”的關(guān)注度增幅顯著高于“性價比”,消費從“性價比”向“質(zhì)價比”升級趨勢明顯。 消費環(huán)境與維權(quán)體驗 調(diào)查還發(fā)現(xiàn),消費者2024年遭遇消費問題的情況相比2023年有所降低,消費者的維權(quán)意愿和主動性持續(xù)增強,僅有約2.4%的受訪者未對消費侵權(quán)行為采取維權(quán)措施。 從主動維權(quán)的受訪者反饋來看,45.2%的受訪者希望賠償損失,42.9%的受訪者表示商家同意退換貨即可,向商家討個公道或要求曝光商家的受訪者比例各占約30%。在消費維權(quán)方式選擇上,多元化趨勢明顯,七成消費者對消費維權(quán)服務(wù)感到滿意,對當前維權(quán)服務(wù)便利性表示認可。 中消協(xié)有關(guān)負責同志指出,約六成受訪者認為線下實體店施行無理由退換貨服務(wù)具有必要性和可行性,但對實際執(zhí)行體驗予以積極評價的受訪者比例不足半數(shù),說明仍有較大提升空間。 虛假宣傳或引人誤解的宣傳 個人信息泄露、價格虛高 假冒偽劣等問題 仍持續(xù)困擾消費者 應(yīng)當重點加強治理 中消協(xié)建議 結(jié)合本次年主題調(diào)查結(jié)果 中國消費者協(xié)會 提出四點具體建議和倡議 0 1 一是持續(xù)增強消費基礎(chǔ)性作用。提升消費便利度,提高城鄉(xiāng)居民可支配收入和消費能力,做好消費引導,減少“能消費”與“敢消費”之間的落差,不斷釋放消費潛力。 0 2 二是持續(xù)優(yōu)化消費環(huán)境。強化市場監(jiān)管,嚴厲打擊虛假宣傳、價格欺詐、假冒偽劣等違法行為,推動社會誠信體系建設(shè),構(gòu)建更加安全、公平的市場秩序,增強消費者對市場主體的信任度,降低信息不對稱帶來的消費風險。 0 3 三是持續(xù)提振消費信心。提升商品質(zhì)量和服務(wù)水平,促進消費升級與新興消費增長點培育,持續(xù)完善售后服務(wù)保障,推動線下無理由退換貨政策走深走實,提高消費者的整體消費體驗,加大綠色低碳可持續(xù)消費政策激勵和實踐。 0 4 四是持續(xù)完善維權(quán)服務(wù)體系。強化消費維權(quán)服務(wù)供給,提高消費糾紛處理效率,降低消費者維權(quán)難度和成本,強化消費者權(quán)益保護宣傳,增強消費者維權(quán)意識和維權(quán)信心。 來源/中國消費者報·中國消費網(wǎng) 記者/任震宇91po国产在线精品免费观看,国产在线视频主播区,欧美在线成人午夜影视,免费看国产黄线在线观看
